PROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE EXPERIENCE.

NORTHERN BALLET THEATRE, England.
Professional Dancer/Soloist (1988 - 1996): During my career in Northern Ballet Theatre, I was fortunate to perform not only in nearly every major theatre throughout the United Kingdom, but also to perform in Thessaloniki and Prague. Whilst at Northern Ballet I worked with, and learnt to dance a wide variety of styles from internationally renowned choreographers. These included the jazz choreography of Derek Williams, choreographic style of Gillian Lynn (famous for Cats and Phantom of the Opera), the neo-classical style of Morricone, and the Classical choreographies of Graham Lustig and Ronald Hynd. During this time I was also fortunate to have roles created for me including Paris from "Romeo and Juliet" and the Ghost of Christmas Present from "A Christmas Carol", both of which I performed on television on BBC2 (1991 and 1992). Among the highlights of my professional career was having the opportunity to perform in "A Simple Man" in the 1989 televised Royal Variety Show, at The Palladium.

During this time, the company performed in cities around France including Marseille and Avignon and toured Asia including Shenyang in China; Singapore, and Taipei, Taiwan. During this period I was fortunate to work with Peter Schaufuss who both performed and taught as a guest artist and teacher. The main productions I performed in during this period were Romeo and Juliet and La Sylphide.

My television appearances have included: A Christmas Carol (Roles: Ghost of Christmas Present; Tavern Pas de Deux) (BBC 1992); Romeo and Juliet (Role: Paris) (BBC 1991); and Royal Variety Show: A Simple Man (BBC 1989).
